O. Mack Jones,
President of Commodore Advanced Sciences, Inc.
O. Mack Jones has served as Vice President of Field Operations of Commodore
Solution Technologies, Inc. since April 1998, managing its field treatability
studies and commercial projects.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Jones served as a consultant to Commodore
Applied Technologies from June 1996 to April 1998, assisting in the
commercialization of the Solvated Electron Technology (SET™).
Mr. Jones served as a consultant to Commodore Environmental Services, Inc.,
from September 1994 to May 1996, assisting in SET’s development.
From 1991 to May 1996, Mr. Jones was the principal executive officer of Florida
Vector Services, an environmental consulting company that he founded. Florida
Vector Services provided both consulting and hands-on remediation services
primarily in TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act) – related areas. From 1986 to
1991, Mr. Jones was employed by Quadrex Environmental Company as Vice President
of Operations, managing the company’s field remediation businesses.
A mechanical engineer, Mr. Jones spent twenty-six years with General Electric
Company holding several managerial operating positions in the power generation
and distribution areas. His experience includes commercial nuclear, fossil, and
hydropower construction and maintenance; industrial power delivery systems; and
industrial drives and controls.

Mr.
Walter L. Foutz
Vice President, Operations
Mr. Foutz was appointed Vice President of Operations of
Commodore Advanced Sciences in April 2005.
Previously, Mr. Foutz served as Commodore’s Western
Regional Manager from 2002 -2005 and was Senior Project
Manager with corporate and management responsibilities
2000-2002. From
1991 to 2000 Mr. Foutz was the Environmental Program Manager
for MDM Services Corporation and Lamb Associates, Inc.,
managing environmental task-order contracts at Sandia
National Laboratories and for several other clients.
From 1986-1991 Mr. Foutz was a Senior Environmental
Geologist on RFI/CMS and RI/FS projects including Dyess Air
Force Base, Texas; Fallon Naval Air Station, Nevada;
Kansas City DOE Plant, Arizona Air National Guard
Base, Tucson; US Army Kwajelein Atoll, Marshall Islands, and
UMTRA/FUSRAP sites. From
1981-1986, Mr. Foutz was a consulting wellsite geologist in
the oil and gas industry.
Mr. Foutz received his B.S. in Geology in 1981. He
has 26 years of progressive professional experience in geological,
hydrogeological, and environmental consulting and contract management,
primarily as a Department of Energy and Department of Defense contractor
employee.
